Donations

All donations made through this site are final. VIA Foundation does not provide refunds on completed donations. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us promptly and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

Donations to VIA Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. A receipt will be provided via email following your donation. It is your responsibility to retain records for tax purposes.

Recurring donations may be cancelled at any time through the donor portal. Cancellation applies to future payments only.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of VIA Foundation or used with permission. Nothing on this site grants a license to reproduce or use that content without written authorization.

Third-Party Services

This site uses Stripe for payment processing. Use of Stripe's services is subject to Stripe's own terms of service and privacy policy. VIA Foundation is not responsible for Stripe's systems, policies, or practices.
